Seems the whole world, not just the U.S. is getting serious about smacking smokers with bans and restrictions. The harshest so far that I’m aware of is in New Delhi, India. The courts don’t like the idea of drivers being distracted while smoking, so have barred people from smoking when they’re behind the wheel.
