This just in, people: According to a Review-Journal news flash sent just seconds ago, the newspaper's editorial board plans to endorse Illinois U.S. Sen. Barack Obama for president. (Its recommendation is for the Democratic caucus only; a GOP recommendation will come Thursday.) Obama's campaign was already suffering after being endorsed by the 2004 Democratic nominee [...]

The poor get left behind — again

We are spending trillions on a war that should have ended before it began when we toppled Saddam Hussein. Our government wastes billions of dollars each year on frivolous, or at the very least, unimportant projects.
