Rande Gerber, the husband of model Cindy Crawford, has plans to open a series of Maxim-branded lounges in major U.S. cities, including Las Vegas, reports today’s New York Times.

Gerber and his brother, Scott, are also looking at Los Angeles, Miami and New York as settings for the lounges, named for the laddie mag known for its offering of photos of scantily clad women and stories about manly pursuits.

Rande Gerber developed the Whisky Bar at Station Casinos’ Green Valley Ranch in Henderson.
