Bankrupt Delta Airlines To Cut As Many As 9,000 Jobs

“The changes are part of the airline’s effort to save an additional $3 billion annually by the end of 2007. That’s on top of $5 billion Delta had previously said it wanted to save by the end of 2006,” reports today’s Washington Post.
