“All eyes are on the Valley’s housing market, but last week’s record sale of two Camelback Esplanade office towers managed to turn some heads,” reports today’s Arizona Republic.
“General Electric Asset Management sold two buildings at the southeastern corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road - one of Phoenix’s most desirable addresses - for $155 million to Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. At more than $355 a square foot, the properties fetched the highest price paid for office space in the Valley.”
