Account Managers at CDW Canada are now being told to do the following (EVERY DAY): make 70 calls, 15 quotes, spend 2.5 hours on the telephone, achieve an ever-increasing sales target, and have 15 customers log on, OR ELSE (ASK ANYONE WHO HAS DONE THIS HOW REALISTIC THIS IS).
