I have a couple issues with her involvement in this battle, and your depiction of her. First, I have seen scores of women use "single mom" as a pity or special treatment device. Second, it appears she is being used to gain this pity for the anti management forces at the Wynn. Either she got swept up in the movement, or she is such a glory hound that she would risk losing the best paying tip job in the world over a pay cut that still leaves her higher paid than any other dealer in Nevada.
